Customers must provide accurate information when requesting services.
Service fees, timelines, and scope of work will be communicated before commencement.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may attract extra charges.
3. Payments
Payments for cooling services must be made as agreed before, during, or after service delivery.
Free skills acquisition programs do not require payment unless otherwise stated (e.g., optional materials or certifications).
4. Free Skills Acquisition Program
Participation is voluntary and subject to eligibility requirements set by Spencecool.
Training schedules, duration, and content may change without prior notice.
Spencecool is not obligated to offer employment after training completion.
Participants are expected to follow safety rules and instructions during training.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers and trainees agree to:
Provide safe access to service locations or training environments
Avoid interference with technicians or instructors during service or training
Use equipment and tools responsibly
Follow all safety guidelines provided by Spencecool
6. Warranty and Liability
Spencecool provides services with professional skill and care.
We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, negligence, power issues, or pre-existing faults.
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should notify Spencecool in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Failure to do so may result in a service charge.
8. Intellectual Property
All training materials, documents, logos, and content provided by Spencecool remain the property of Spencecool and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
9. Termination
Spencecool reserves the right to refuse or terminate services or training participation if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
